The hiring process was pretty straightforward. There were four main stages: first a recruiter call, then an interview with the managers, followed by meeting with the client, and finally a presentation to a senior manager. They took about a week to get back to me about the position after the presentation.
The interview process was really long, I had about 6 interviews in total. It's a good idea to build a good relationship with the recruiter because it took quite a while. When I reached the final stage, I emailed my recruiter to ask about my last interview, but I just got an automated email saying I didn't get the job. No explanation or anything was provided.
It involved a presentation to the operations manager, training leads, and current trainers. It's straightforward if you're good at presenting and can keep people engaged.
