Candidate-reported interview process
The HR reached out to schedule an interview. The first interview was supposed to be a video call, but the HR person was late without any notice and then did the interview over the phone instead. The next interview was a video call with the Manager.
The interview process itself was okay and seemed promising. However, the management team in Manila handling the account was extremely disappointing, which led to the withdrawal of the account and the loss of opportunities for both the Manila and Cebu sites.
So I applied and my resume got shortlisted. Then I solved an assessment. After that, I had my first interview with HR and then a second interview with the Operations Manager. I made sure my cover letter was on point, using bullet points to highlight how I met the job requirements.
