Candidate-reported interview process
The Versant test is the worst test ever conducted by them, I don't suggest anyone join 247. Salary is worst for non-voice process and more for voice process, and no proper assistance. The work environment is good, but people who work there are creeps.
The interview process spanned two days. It started with a versant test, which I passed. Then there was an operations round where I was asked about handling customer scenarios, but unfortunately, I wasn't selected.
The first part was a jam session where we had to speak for at least two minutes on a topic of our choice. Then came an aptitude test with questions mostly about percentages. Finally, there was a face-to-face interview.
