This was a great opportunity and I enjoyed learning about the position and more about the company. They gave me a chance to ask questions and I also showed them my understanding of the government budget process.
I was contacted by a recruiter about a marketing temp role that was supposed to end in Feb. Turns out it was a part-time event logistics role ending in the fall, and required a car, which I don't have. This wasn't mentioned until a Zoom interview with 4 other people. I was so embarrassed. I had to keep emailing the recruiter for basic info. I interview frequently, but this was one of the worst experiences. After I emailed some people to say they wanted to make it better, I didn't hear back. Then, another recruiter texted me about the same job the next week, and the original recruiter sent me a confidential email about someone else's temp assignment. Total incompetence. Avoid this.
It was mostly behavioural questions with some situational topics to explain. I also had to explain some technical terms. There were probably two to three rounds plus an HR interview. When answering questions in the HR round, demonstrating managerial skills is very important.
