I had a phone interview initially. The next day, I got a call about a job opening. Then, two days later, I had the interview. It was pretty straightforward and only about twenty minutes long. The interviewer didn't ask many questions and wasn't really open to a lot of discussion, which is why it was kind of brief. Overall, it was a relaxed interview, and I felt okay, but it didn't feel like we were really clicking.
The interview process was quick and easy. The hiring manager asked me about my previous jobs and if I could handle working while also being a student. We also chatted about the company's past and what it aims to do.
The hiring process moved fast. I submitted my application online and got a call back within an hour. My interview was later that week and I got a job offer. The interview was not typical. The manager spent the time boasting about the company's achievements. He only asked about my previous customer service roles, not about any specific experiences or skills. I was offered the job, completed paperwork, and started training the following week.
