2 Sisters Food Group Interview Questions

First a quick call from the recruiter, then they asked me to a Teams interview. It lasted about an hour and we talked mostly about my experience, the role, and some questions about my competencies. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview which had more situation-based questions and some 'tell me a time when' questions.

It was a chill vibe, the people were nice and asked standard questions in a friendly way. I did an onsite visit and had a one-on-one chat where we did questions and answers. They asked about my past work and what I'd done before.

So after applying, I got an email about the interview date. When the day came, I met the interviewer, who happened to be the manager I'd be reporting to. The interview was really interactive and felt friendly.
