I spoke with someone from HR on the phone first. After that, I had a panel interview with the hiring manager and some other folks on the team. It was actually a pretty nice interview, and the questions weren't just the usual stuff.
There was just one interview with a group of 4 people. The group consisted of the hiring manager, someone from HR, the current Profitability Analyst, and another person. They each took turns asking general behavioral questions and some unusual questions, like 'What type of sweet treat do you prefer when celebrating?'
Had a recruiter call first, then an in-person interview, and finally a panel interview. The employees were really nice and respectful, showing a great culture. They were a bit slow to get back to me during the process.
