The process takes two days. Day one is with the Project Manager to discuss your purpose and their role. Day two is a full day in the field to demonstrate the job and how to generate revenue. This is done to truly assess your character and ensure you aren't withholding anything; any flaws they wouldn't favor will certainly surface.
It was brief, he explained the position and asked a few questions. However, the position I applied for was not the position he was explaining to me. It seemed strange to me that he was almost trying to get me to do a different job than the one that was posted online.
They basically interview you for a position doing Xfinity sales. It’s fully commission based on selling service and recruiting new employees. They don’t really tell you at first, and they take you for a whole day to Walmart to see it. Honestly you could find out if you want to do it if they just told you, you don’t need to see it.
