Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was challenging but not awful. Everyone was nice and informative on the call. They answered all my questions and I felt good about it. It was a good chance and seemed like a good fit.

The process was very professional and fast. I first spoke with the recruiting manager for a brief chat about my background. Then, an interview was scheduled and conducted. I received a written offer in less than a week.

It was a thorough and standard process. Some parts were good, others challenging, but overall informative and regular. I enjoyed the good exchange and felt the process leaned towards a good learning experience. I'll interview there again soon. You really need to prepare, prepare, prepare, prepare. Always be ready to answer some unexpected questions with grace.
