Candidate-reported interview process

I submitted my application online with a cover letter and resume. Then I got an email to schedule a phone interview which was quick and simple. After that, I had some in-person interviews, and then some more phone interviews.

The interview process was pretty relaxed and mostly focused on understanding why you were interested in working for a startup. You could do the interview over the phone or in person. It was generally an easy and pleasant experience.

I applied in October and got the internship offer in December. The internship application was easy, just submitting a resume and cover letter. After that, there was a Skype or phone interview.
