Candidate-reported interview process
It was a 3-stage process with an additional simple HR interview. The final round included a creative task. I didn't receive any feedback after the entire process. I was interviewed by senior staff members who were open about their process and clients, but they didn't have the interest or time to give me feedback after I spent time applying and preparing the task.
I had two interviews, both done online because of covid, with the account team and managers. The second interview involved a simple press release writing task.
The interview process was easy and casual, the recruiter kept me aware of the process and all updates along the way. It did feel like a solid amount of interviews (I had 3, and there was one more to go if I would have made it that far).
