Applied online via LinkedIn, got a response a few weeks later. Had one long interview with the Market Manager, which was nice, and she cleared up most of my questions. A few things were still fuzzy, so I followed up afterwards. They offered me the job 2 days later and wanted me to start immediately because the spot hadn't been filled in months.
The interview process starts with a quick call from the recruiter, then you'll have a video chat with the market manager. The last step is meeting in person, where they'll check your skills, see if you fit with the team, and maybe give you a tour of the company.
It was a two part interview, first with the manager then with the team. Each part lasted about thirty to forty-five minutes. We talked about my skills, the company, and what they were looking for in a candidate and what I was looking for in a company.
