I interviewed for an intern position remotely via Google Meet. I spoke with the brand manager who is also the lead graphic designer. We discussed my background, what I'm passionate about, and looked at my previous projects. We also covered the company's future plans and how my design contributions could be valuable to them.
The interview process was quite lengthy, and there was a significant delay in receiving a response. When I did have questions, the interviewer struggled to provide clear answers. Given this experience, I wouldn't consider applying here again or recommending it, as it felt quite unprofessional.
I found the interview process to be very friendly, with behavioral questions and discussions about my availability. After applying online, I received an interview and an offer within a week. Since it's a relatively new company, there was only one interviewer and one round. The office was nice, and everyone I met was friendly.
