The first interview was good. I enjoyed talking with the first person, although the interview felt fast. During the second round, one interviewer asked me questions about a company I didn't work for, even though I mentioned my past work history several times. She also kept her camera off the whole time, and another coworker had to step in and correct her.
I applied online and was reached out to about 8 days later via email by Demi Marchese (Founder + CEO). She expressed that she thought my resume aligned better with a marketing role, yet didn't have this "role" defined yet. We pretty much chit-chatted for 20-ish minutes and then I didn't hear back from her. I heard from another friend that she was reached out to via email in the past just due to looking at her LinkedIn, but then was ghosted. Wish the brand the best, but I wouldn't waste my time.
I had two phone interviews and then one in person. After the in-person interview with the owner Demi, I was completely ghosted. Pretty tacky considering I took the day off work for it.
