Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included one virtual meeting, one in-person meeting, and a 7-hour shadowing session. The shadowing was unpaid and management seemed to not appreciate my commitment, despite me explaining my minimal time off in previous roles. They stated I didn't seem committed because I was entertaining other offers, which felt like a disconnect from my previous conversations where I highlighted my dedication.

The interview process was very relaxed and non-threatening. Colin, who is a great manager and interviewer, conducted a serious talk about liability and safety. It's important to understand these aspects when working here. It's a good company.

I went through one phone interview and then a video interview, during the video call, I met with 2 different interviewers. It all was very straightforward.
