Started with a call with HR, then had a meeting with management and colleagues. We had lunch outdoors. Then a tour of the facility, followed by individual meetings with scientists. There was follow-up after the interview. The questions were tough but fair. Overall, I was very satisfied with the process and the people I met.
It started with a recruiter pre-screening call. If I passed that, there were two more interviews with management - one by phone and one in person - before a decision was made.
Super straightforward and fast process. Applied and got an interview setup super fast. Really liked how efficient and simple everything was. The interviewers were great and really helpful throughout.
