The interview process was good and comfortable. The questions didn't seem too challenging and I mostly talked about my experiences. It was a small office, so it was nice. There were only 3 people working there at the time, so I didn't interact with many individuals, but I felt good after leaving the interview.
The recruiter April was great, however the second interview with one of the owner mark was...interesting. He doesn’t come across personable and seems he is just going thru questions vs. actually interested in having a conversation.
I applied online and then chatted with an HR representative named Ryan Baxter a few days later. We had a nice phone chat, and he then invited me for an in-person interview. When I arrived on time for my interview, the interviewers weren't there; they had gone to lunch. An employee had me sit in an empty area near the phone technicians at a small table with materials and tools. I spent about 20 minutes there observing the strange office setup. Finally, I was taken in for the interview with 2 managers and Ryan. I thought the interview went well, but I was never contacted again. My follow-up emails and calls to Ryan went unanswered. Overall, it was a pretty unpleasant visit to their company.
