The interview will focus on your past experiences to see if you're a good fit for the client. You might be asked a few situational questions to gauge how you use your project management skills.
It was several rounds. The interviews with management were really good, and they really dug into how I might help solve specific problems. Management seemed enthusiastic and had good insights. They also went over their formal PM process. The interviews with externals, though, were way too vague and hypothetical. My recommendation would be for them to stop asking vague interview questions because they don't help assess the candidate or show how they'll add real value to the project.
A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn for a Senior Project Leader role, even though I felt unqualified due to lacking the required Big Four management experience and specific software knowledge. The recruiter assured me I was a good fit. The interview was very tough, and afterwards, I heard nothing back from 120VC. I didn't even apply for the position myself, so the whole experience felt like a waste of my time.
