The interview process was great! The HR recruiter had a normal screening call, which was pleasant. Then, I had a call with the engineering manager where we discussed my problem-solving approach and my interest in voice agents. The third round involved a practical assessment simulating a day in the life of a Software Development Engineer, which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer because I couldn't solve the assessment, but the team was very kind.
First I had a phone screen with the Head of Talent, then a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, I had a case study with the CEO, then a product design interview with the Engg Manager, and finally an interview with the CTO. The whole thing was done within a week.
The interview process had 4 stages: a role-playing exercise, a sales acumen assessment, an interview with the CEO, and finally an on-site interview at their London office. The entire process took about 2 weeks to get a final answer.
