The interview process involved phone interviews. Setting up interviews was done via email. After the second interview, emails to schedule the next one became slow and delayed. My next interview was frequently rescheduled, or I was ghosted. The last contact was a phone call to reschedule, but I never received a follow-up. It was disappointing to be ghosted like that. Be careful if you apply here.
I was called by them pretty fast after applying, and I thought I would definitely hear back. But I guess I didn't? Maybe they were just busy or maybe it's like other reviews said about the company being lackluster, so I didn't bother following up, unfortunately.
The interview process was good and consisted of an hour long interview. After that, there was a writing test where I had to create a short story and some pitches. There was no time limit for the writing test.
