The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. They asked about my prior experience working as a server and my availability. There were a couple of questions focused on personality, but nothing too challenging. I heard back from the manager a few days later.
My interviewer’s first words were, “Ew. You’re skinny. I hate you already.” No joke. They followed up with, “and you have kids! Yuck. We really have nothing in common.” The rest of the interview was okay aside from the blatant lies I was told about advancement opportunities, work/life balance and pretty much everything else.
It was easy and quick. They asked me about my past experience and what benefits I was looking for. It turned out I wasn't the right fit for the role. It seems like they have many good opportunities for people to advance within the company.
