After submitting my resume and completing a follow-up questionnaire, I had an interview with a recruiter. It started out pretty formal, but the recruiter eventually relaxed a bit. They asked about my experience in specific situations, and I also got to ask them questions at the end. It was pretty much what I'd expect from a first interview.
I had a good chat with the recruiter, but I didn't get a second interview even though I seemed qualified based on the job description. The senior PMs decided to go with people who had more experience.
They have a really organized and clear hiring process. I got materials and a detailed plan of what the interviews would be like. It was great to know what to expect and be able to prep. The people I talked to were awesome. Super friendly, and even though the interview had the usual questions, they also threw in some nice conversation; it felt really relaxed. I didn't end up getting the job, but the hiring manager sent a really nice email with feedback, which I really appreciated.
