The last step is a final call to go over everything, talk about salary, and how you'd get started.

So at 10 Pearls, they have a bunch of interviews, and the last one is with the client before they give you an offer. The people you talk to, both interviewers and recruiters, are really skilled. Because of that client interview at the end, the whole hiring process ended up taking quite a while.
