The whole thing took about a week. First, I talked to HR, then I did an assessment, and finally, I interviewed with the hiring managers. It was a really simple process. Everyone was super nice and made me feel totally at ease, so it didn't even feel like an interview. The questions were pretty standard and not too hard if you're prepped. Sadly, I didn't get an offer, but it was a good experience overall. I felt treated with respect, which is pretty rare these days.
It was a long process, taking about two months from start to finish, with several tests and interviews. I spoke with HR, the team manager, the regional manager, and then finally HR again. After the interviews, there were also take-home tests.
I had a really good interview experience. The recruiter was super friendly and told me I was a great fit and that I was getting a second interview. Then, they totally ghosted me.
