Candidate-reported interview process
I got to the second interview round. I followed up after a week but then they ghosted me. Unfortunate, as sending a rejection email is quick.
interview started back end of Nov 2024, screening, one virtual interview, followed by a presentation interview I did in person. I was told I'd hear back before xmas holidays, which then changed to early jan, which then changed to mid feb.. when I finally got rejected. Kept on a string for 3 months with no real time frame even though the job was advertised from November.
It was a three-stage interview process. First, an intro chat. Then, a skills test involving a project plan and response to a creative brief, followed by a presentation. Finally, a chemistry meet, which was in person at the office, while the other parts were online.
