They ask standard interview questions. I will say though to not disclose if you have any plans that might reflect you not sticking around for at least 1 year. They are looking for people who want to stick around for years.
It was a really great and casual interview process. I attended an open call and was successful in the first round of interviews. It was really great to meet all the managers.
I got an email asking me to do a phone interview. When we had the interview, it was really quick and felt like the interviewer had already decided what to say before we even started talking, which was a strange feeling.
