I first had a call with a recruiter, and then the next step was to chat with two managers over Zoom. After that Zoom call, the recruiter called me back to make the offer pretty soon after.

I got an email for a phone interview first. They asked about my recent experience and resume. Then, the phone interview happened, where they went into more detail about my experience and problem-solving skills. Later, the job role was explained, and they asked more about me and my work ethics. After that, there was a video call interview.

The recruiter was unorganized and didn't pay attention to the selection process. I had an interview, then got another interview request, followed by a denial. No questions were asked about my experience. It feels like my application was left to chance with someone so disorganized.
