Candidate-reported interview process

We had a few zoom calls and they asked pretty average questions. I think they should ask more about your fitness, health, and how you deal with unusual and cramped conditions because the job can be brutal.

The interview process was pretty easy, if you can drive and do heavy lifting, you're good for the job. The work is done by both men and women. Every job is different. You'll cover a good portion of New Jersey and can get decent tips every once in awhile.

First, a Zoom interview, then an in-person interview where we'll go over your license, age, and experience. We'll also discuss your ability to work long hours and on specific days, your background, and your reasons for applying.
