About three weeks after applying, I had a phone screen. Following that, I had a 30-minute chat with a senior engineer where they asked me some technical questions, like explaining polymorphism and how async/await works. I thought that went pretty well. The next interview was a panel with the team to see if I'd be a good culture fit. I wasn't that thrilled with it; they kept their intros super brief, and it seemed like they'd done too many interviews that week, as it was obvious they weren't enjoying it. If their day-to-day is like that interview, the work environment might be pretty dull.
The interview was remote and chill. A very nice lady asked questions and I was offered the job right in the interview. They made a very nice offer. I highly recommend interviewing with them if you're interested, you might get it.
I applied online and a recruiter reached out. I had 7 interviews with really great people, but in the end, I got an automated rejection. I tried to follow up for feedback because I spent so much time on it, but never heard back. It's a bummer, especially since they talk about a "People-First" culture, but that didn't seem to apply to me as a candidate.
